How long does it normally take to build a custom home?
Typically 4 to 8 months, depending on weather, size, complexity, and location of your home.
Where do you build?
We Build on our lot or yours as long as it is within a 65 mile radius of Cleveland, TX.
What is your price per square foot?
Plus Homes can build from your plans or we can work with our architect on creating custom plans. Price per square foot depends on a size, and complexity of your project. Rest assured, we can design your dream home to fit any budget.
Do you remodel?
Yes. Plus Homes, LLC can provide a wide range of services to enhance, modify or simply make over your existing home. We strive to take your lifestyle, and daily routines in mind when remodeling your existing home.
Do I need my own lot?
You can use your own lot or choose a lot. Plus Homes, LLC can also assist you in locating that perfect home site with knowledgeable real estate agents or from our own inventory of property listings.
How do I finance my new home or project?
Home loans and financing are acquired through your bank or another financial institution. Plus Homes, LLC is approved thru many local banks and will work with lenders to meet the special needs of your project's funding.
